Combined platform pairs Rose Mill's 30+ years of borate processing with Kish's specialty minerals portfolio: pulverizing, blending, and packaging to spec.

Four companies that obviously belong together read as an integrated group with real problem-solving depth.”

MENTOR, OH, OH, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Kish Company, LLC today introduced a unified brand identity across the group's four operating companies — Kish, Sphere One,
Arctic Minerals and Rose Mill — completing the integration that began with the acquisition of Rose Mill in July 2026. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Referred to collectively as the Kish Group, the four companies supply, process and custom-manufacture industrial minerals for the CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers), plastics, glass and ceramics, flame retardant, and metals and metallurgy markets.

Founded in 1986, Kish Company distributes functional fillers including barium sulfate and calcium carbonate from its headquarters in Mentor, Ohio. Sphere One manufactures, jet mills and blends glass and ceramic microspheres in
Chattanooga, Tennessee. Arctic Minerals processes mica and related minerals in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Rose Mill, founded in 1982, processes refined borate minerals such as boric acid, boric oxide and borax, and provides custom mineral processing in West Hartford, Connecticut.

"Our customers have told us for years that they would rather solve a problem with one supplier than manage four. Rose Mill was the piece that let us say yes to that. We are four specialized operations with genuinely different capabilities — and now we finally look like what we already are: one company standing behind all of it," said Brian L. Richards, President, Kish Group.

Together the group operates more than 158,000 square feet under roof across its three processing facilities. The companies process more than 40 million pounds of minerals each year and distribute more than 100 million pounds beyond that.
All four operating facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Third-party stocking warehouses in Chino, California and Dallas, Texas extend inventory into the western and south-central markets.

That footprint places the group within 400 miles — roughly one day of truck transit — of approximately three-quarters of the U.S. population and 22 states in their entirety, along with the Toronto/Ottawa/Montreal/Quebec City corridor that anchors Canadian manufacturing.

"Scale in this industry usually means fewer answers, not more. What we have built is the opposite. A customer who needs a microsphere blend milled to specification, mica processed to a particular platelet size, and a borate pulverized and packaged to their spec can now get all three inside one group — and increasingly inside one conversation," said Ryan Brownhill, Chief Operating Officer, Kish Group.

For customers, the combination means a broader product basket from a single source, a single point of contact supported by expanded sales coverage in each region, cross-facility custom processing, and expanded warehousing. Existing sales contacts, part numbers and ordering channels remain unchanged.

"Four companies that look unrelated read as a holding company. Four companies that obviously belong together read as an integrated group with real problem-solving depth. The identity is not decoration — each mark says something specific about what that company actually does to material," said Jay Stolfi, Strategic Advisor, Kish Group.

The new identity — four related marks built on a shared design system in deep navy, industrial red and mineral gold — goes live October 29 across all four companies' websites, email and online sales literature. Redesigned websites and AI integration for each company will follow.
